Just weighed myself for the first time since doing all the exercises and diet and only lost 1 bloody pound. Oh well, shows I’m not working hard enough and having that ‘bad day’ is not helpful at all.
I’m going to start not only doing the gym but do my best with my Insanity workout- though I won’t lie it is really hard! I’m going to keep eating well and see what happens.
I definitely feel a change in my body and skin, so even though I haven’t lost really anything, my body feels a bit tighter.
I need to keep thinking to myself this is not a step back! This is something that will push me even more.
